Nori is a rehabilitated WoW raider (and high key Mythic+), who now prefers being a casual player in FFXIV.    He is one of our housing gurus, and is a patient but effective instructor.  Just ask him for 1 on 1 coaching!  He's also created the videos you see on our website page.  As Social Event Organizer, Nori is always looking for ways to innovate.  If you have an new idea for a Waltz event, he'll help you make it happen!

Dhen has been playing Final Fantasy XIV since A Realm Reborn launch. He started on the Excaliber server before eventually finding his way to Jenova and Waltz in 2020. He loves chatting with people can often be found helping others. He adores spending time fishing (except for those darn big fish which often elude him)! In fact, his first level 50 back in A Realm Reborn was Fisher! When not playing XIV, Dhen loves to go to museums and do pottery.

My Warrior of Light journey started in April 2020, and I joined The Black Waltz that following October. I was a quiet one that mostly watched and never really asked for help, though it was constantly offered to all of us from our amazing FC members. August 2022 is when I started getting into FC events, chatting on Discord, and playing with other folks. From then on, I realized how much I've loved showing up to see my FC mates. They've helped me be more confident in my playing as well as my online social skills! I'm happy to be here, ready to hang out, ready to fight beside you in PvE/P, ready to lend a hand. Let's go!

Etney started playing FFXIV back in 2020 towards the end of Shadowbringers. He enjoys pretty much all the content the game has to offer, especially the challenging fights and learning jobs. Etney loves to learn new fights or hop into PF to run them again for fun or to practice on different jobs. If not raiding, you can catch him running roulettes, farming to complete some new glam idea, or just chatting with friends. He also loves sharing his knowledge or helping others out to learn themselves, so feel free to come to him with any questions!

Asterin began playing FFXIV in 2017 and has been a part of the Waltz family since 2019. She enjoys most battle content and does savaging raiding with her friends. She’s quick with a “Howdy” or the more popular “hwody” (typing is hard) and will be glad to answer any question you have. She mains a SCH for savage raiding, but also dabbles in WAR and DNC for non-savage content.

Hello! I’m Felynx Cronus! I’ve been playing Final Fantasy games most of my life but XIV since 2017.  In 2020, I took a chance and left my old FC to join this amazing community known as Waltz and what a great decision that was! Heya, I’m Cal Z’one! The Z’one is pronounced however you want! I’ve been playing XIV since 2017, a short while after the launch of Stormblood, and joined Waltz around spring of 2021. I’ve dabbled in just about everything on just about every job/role in the game, but most of my time is spent in Savage and Ultimate raids, providing callouts as needed. If you’re looking for the FC’s Okayest DRG, that’s me! I also have quite a bit of experience in working on relics. If there’s a shiny weapon to be earned, I’m willing to put in the time!
